Our Yard crew’s biggest responsibilities at Yankee include hauling boats out of the water for the winter and launching boats in the spring with our 25 ton lift. However, this crew provides other vital services to our customers including bottom prep & painting, mast repair & storage, zinc replacement & maintenance, and they also man our gas dock and mobile pump-out to name a few.

Yankee Boat Yard & Marina has a painting and fiberglass department with the capability of completing a full range of projects from repairing to fabrication. We specialize in insurance damage and major reconstruction. Our technicians are factory trained and certified in the use of PPG paint products. The PPG paint system is the most cost effective for the customer as well as providing the most UV protection, and the blending capabilities are superior in spot repair. We can camera match your colors and provide the necessary applications. Our department is also well versed in the application of Imron, Awlgrip, Awlgrip2, Awlcraft 2000, and Interlux Yacht Finish systems.

Our Service Department is an authorized Volvo Penta and Mercruiser dealer, as well as a Yamaha service center. We are a Volvo authorized Rapid Response diesel service center and our mobile service team can travel to your dock to repair your boat. We are fully equipped to handle any of your servicing needs on inboards, generators, transmissions, and outdrives. We specialize in repower and rebuild work on gasoline and diesel engines. Yankee Boat Yard & Marina provides on-site services to address all your custom carpentry needs. We specialize in projects from repair to fabrication including shipwright. Services include interior flooring, exterior decks, millwork, and wood boat repair using specialty woods.

We provide on-site shrink wrap and detailing services for powerboats and sailboats of all sizes. Exterior detailing includes wash & wax of the hull and topsides, towers, outriggers, and Isinglass. Interior detailing includes a full cleaning of the salon, staterooms, and heads, as well as the engine room.
